Deine Aufgaben

  • Creation of a new standardization for Marc O’Polo-wide data quality strategy
  • Definition and implementation of roles and responsibilities in the whole company
  • Definition of the data quality metrics, challenge and improvement of the overall data design
  • Implementation and documentation of data governance best practices, standards & procedures (data integrity, data profiling and analytics) in the whole organization
  • Automation of data quality monitoring by development of data pipelines and visualizations, e.g. on HOAG, our decoupled, event-driven API Layer
  • Serve as an evangelist for data quality and integrity and support the development of the entire organisation towards a data-driven company

Dein Profil

  • You have a degree (Bachelor's, Master's or comparable) in economics, business informatics or a related subject area
  • You have experience in the area of data governance
  • You are familiar with solutions for data profiling, data integrity monitoring, etc.
  • You have a good basic understanding of technology and generally describe yourself as very tech-savvy
  • You are quick on the uptake and have very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • You set the highest standards for the quality of your work, work reliably, independently and in a structured manner
  • You have initiative and a hands-on mentality and are keen to work in a dynamic environment
  • You have a very good command of German and English
  • A high degree of communication skills and the ability to work in a team, as well as fun in familiarising yourself with new technologies, complete your profile
