Deine Aufgaben
- You are a "digital pioneer" and can inspire colleagues with other qualifications and profiles with your ideas.
- You manage complex and future-oriented projects with the aim of digitising a traditional fashion brand.
- The management of internal and external developer resources as well as coaching team members and teaching agile methods is in your capable hands.
- You act as an interface function between business & tech/data teams with the aim of efficient collaboration.
- Your tasks include the development and implementation of detailed project plans, taking into account time frames, resources and budgets.
- You will ensure efficient communication between various stakeholders, including customers, development teams and managers.
- You will also identify potential risks and be proactive in developing solution strategies to minimise impact on project objectives.
- You will monitor the progress of projects and provide regular status reports to ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date.
Dein Profil
- You have successfully completed your studies and have at least 3 years of practical experience as an agile project manager, with knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- You are a passionate technology enthusiast with an understanding of the latest trends in the digital world.
- Your enthusiasm for innovation improves traditional business models through digital solutions.
- You combine practical and analytical skills for quick adaptability and task versatility.
- As a creative thinker and problem solver, you look for new ways to position our brand in the digital world.
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills for effective teamwork and project delivery.
- You are characterised by strong analytical skills and a focus on results for the high-quality implementation of ideas.
